Just arrived by carrier pigeon I would imagine the guy that has it now would be a bit peeved off as these saws are as rare as rocking horse poop making that youg Karter number one on his hit list

I used to know an older gent in Baker City, Oregon, who had a chainsaw shop. He had two large multi-tiered tables full of vintage saws. There were a few twin cylinder Titans along the Malls, Macs, Monos Etc. He would not sell a one of them!

That Titan engine would make a very poor kart engine. They're designed to make their power at a low speed, around 4700-6k RPM. In addition, the components inside are not very conducive to "hopping" up, since the entire package is designed for mega torque at low RPM. One of the transition bearings on the crank is a bushing type and the crank itself is very heavy. The connecting rods are long and thin and made of a brittle alloy.
