the MC-5 and MC-6 are done and listed on Fleabay.. I reproduced these using an OEM one on an Aluminum plate...
The MC-49 and MC-30 will be up shortly.. just waiting for the MC-49 to get here..
I go through great pains to get them as close as possible using modern equipt.. the originals were screen printed. and hand drawn etc.. I trying to do these at a reasonable cost and yet produce a quality item.. Ya, they're slightly differant from the oem's as I have to use computer fonts.. but trust me know one will ever know.. and besides ya just can't run down to the local MC dealer and get any :) The OEM one had a yellow that was kind of like a Transparent Golden Yellow.. I think they are close enough.. The center group is the last and final end result.. the rest are trash.. Ya it costs time and material on test runs etc.. but it's the nature of the beast.. and sooner or later I have to draw a line.. OR just pay the man time and material $$$ and we can get them dead nuts.. but I'm sure $100 minimumum for one decal may be a little farfeched for most folks ...
And yes i fixed the "O" on the one in the picture ... Which I just noticed when i posted this picture.. so half of thos now are trash bound.. Or discounted (half price or so) price and sell them as "Blems" for the guys who aren't that woried.. Thanks for letting me ramble.. Image Image

Gonzolo,

Any plans to do some for the Mc49E or Mc49 M/C?

I have a Mc49E and the decal is about 85% there. Could post a picture, but i don't know if it would help for re-creating it.

Maybe someone else has a whole one you could use?

Thanks!

Terry

My guess is those are printed on clear material... Correct?

A straight on picture is what I always need.. No angle shots work .. Big thank you though! :)

yep painted on clear.
for whatever reason that $%^& sticker is a bugger to get a good pix of.
any straight pix i took just washed out no matter how i lit it.
also the sticker follows the curve on the cover so is a little distorted in pix.

it would be easier i could just send you the whole cover.
i can do a prepaid postage return sticker and send with sample to make it easier.
of course i need your promise to return it asap and maybe throw in a mc49c sticker for me!!!

i did the paper in front.
no sun here New England winters are cold and cloudy.
did zoom all blurred.
i burned maybe forty frames and what i posted was the best shots.
also the first ones it's possible that i was just in a funk.
will try again tonight but i'm thinking the gremilins are all over the camera right now.
