That looks like a KL100 or KL95 cylinder that Swapmeetman has on ebay along with a crankcase. Don't know for sure, but the 95 and 100 have the transfer passages closed off to the piston skirt, unlike the K82. There's a crank, too, though I don't know if it's the 100 unit. May be an op for someone to build a fresh 100 or 95, if you can find the rod and elusive piston.
