Jeff, The RA should be a 100cc engine, and any HL will run the engine. Most of the Tillotson barbs in the HL series will run a saw of 80cc or more very well. The issues you may have are that you may need a primer bulb setup, and that the HL's have many different throttle actuation arms. The arms also may be on either side of the carb body. The HL is a very versatile carb. All HL's have a center-to-center distance on the bolt pattern of 1.812 inches, and most have the pulse hole in the same location. They all use 1/4" studs/bolts to mount, but of course, 6mm studs or bolts work fine. Ted

Remember, a number of HL's have a straight throttle shaft with no arm attached. You can get several different clamp-on arms through the various kart shops such as Comet Kart Sales, or look at EC Carburetor's website for selections. You may use one of these to customize your throttle hookup position. Ted
