Fellows, Got this email from a bud a couple days ago. After thinking about it have realized some of you guys have been using this method for some time, and are WAY ahead of your time!! The rest of ya know what I mean. (just for fun, dont get your panties in a wad))

Gee the news says you should be sliding down a hill right about now in a giant mudslide. Who knows maybe you'll end up with sea side property.
