Is this a factory direct purchase? Anyone know the price?

Dennis-

It was factory direct in 1961, you'll have to find an old one on eBay or in vintage karting circles. Unless someone else has a source of NOS kits. Used, they aren't too terribly hard to come by. Takes the same reed cage as the original 820.

Dennis, ebay # 330200078453, factory West Bend manifold from the kit, no reeds but they are the same as the industrial 820.
Also a REED manifold for the 580/700 series, ebay # 270199356169, also no reeds, takes the Homelite style 4 petal or the Go Power 6 petal reed cage. Either one of these will wake up that 580/700 engine. Good luck
