Some air-cooled engine of the time. Maybe a snowmobile, BM or who knows. It does get the plug centered.

This looks like a bunch of misc. parts put on a Mc 91 engine. The head looks like a Mc 10 head with the center spark plug and a custom made shroud. But!!! I have been known to be wrong. lol.
