It's definitely not a production Titan. They were twin tube full length, and totally different configuration. Looks home built.

Not homemade had rack and pinion ,bolt on spindle mounts, name tag was on right side of steering support but they lost it over the years . They [the prev. owners said it had a Indy body on it, can't find were it was mounted .They removed bolt on spindles and rack to put on a racing lawn mower

It does seem stange that somebody would use so much aluminum in a frame, then use those big pillow block bearings for the rear axle. I also cant see any advantage to having a front axle set up that may cause, "on the fly" caster adjustments. I've known guys who had tig welders who were great welders, but lacking in the fabrication department. Does anyone else think that a little more research may be in order before doing anything rash?
Also, it was mentioned on another site that there was a dealer who could provide lots of parts. Well, American Power Sports carries all of the Azusa stuff, and a whole lot more. Plus, they support this site. The prices are better too.

Downloaded American Power Sports cat. The spindles was used on a racing lawnmover. One bolt to hold on but they had a pin in the face where you could rotate the spindle . The axle is 37 " wide with a 3in cut back on each side This frame was painted black and then red on top of that. Do you think someone was cheating or what .The rack and spindles were put on a racing lawnmower.
