Hey Scott-
It looks like it has a brass badge on the Nassau panel which probably means it is a Grand Prix. It's got the pre uni-mount swing mount ('62-'63?) $200 would be a fair price provided it wasn't too beat up. You may be able to knock a little more off if you let him keep that snow blower motor.
I've seen several similar set ups where the dreaded previous owner straightened the front axle to accept larger diameter tires.
