1/4 midget or what ?

Hey can someone tell me what kind of midget or what year it might be I have searched the Internet hi and low but nothing like this thanks for your help.

Appears to be a Kurtis 500, quarter midget, mid '60's. Nice find if complete. Try http://www.vintagequartermidget.com.
