Definitely not a McCulloch kart. I don't know Bugs but I do know Macs.
Is this a bug?

It is a first generation Mac Kart, Bug built something like 100 of them for McCulloch. Each McCulloch distributor received one. They had dual direct drive Mc-10s, weighed about 200 lbs. too much and were turkeys. They are basically a Stinger painted McCulloch yellow. Fox also built a limited number of one of their design Mac Karts for McCulloch.
