Hi all
Well here it is and I made it in time for the Medford Oregon run on the 12th and 13. here are a couple of pictures of how it turned out. This cart looks exactly like the one I drove in 61 right down to the candy green color I painted it that year. The cart came yellow as all Carettas did back then but I did not like the color so change it to what you see here. This cart is now setup exactly like I drove it 48 years ago. The starter pulley will be removed as we used it to get the rebuilt Mc 6 stared and tunned but will be removed before we head for Medford. Was a fun project but gad its expensive doing one this way. Not to mention what the Caretta cost me to get it back.
I would like to thank all the guys that sent me pictures and drawings of the steering and the brake set up as it was a great help in fabricating the missing parts.
