Head job ??????????

I see i got ya attention now where would a fella obtain the thinner head gaskets to suit the 101 and 90 series of Kart Engines ie; 010, 015. 020, 35 thou.

Bob, I think you'll have to resort to a "hand job" if you want some of those sizes :lol:

Gotta watch the recess in the top of the cylinder if your heading this way.....but it can be changed. Watch the plug to piston clearance.

Instead of a thinner gasket, why not just machine the top of the cylinder to drop the head down ? Certainly easier than "hand jobbing" a thin gasket.
As for the spark plug, a retracted tip type plug does not protrude below the flat surface of the head like a projected tip model does.
