I just got the press release from the owners, and it sounds like it is finally going to happen. On the one hand, it is exciting because Georgia only has one asphalt sprint track (Barnesville), and on the other it is the likely death-knell for Barnesville if the club abandons it in favor of the new, modern kart friendly track. I've got an email in to one of the owners to see if vintage karts will be welcome or not. The 'B' portion of the track would be perfect for vintage karts.
