Does anybody know the correct brand and # spark plug I should be using on a stock West Bend 580 with points. It currently has a Champion # J19LM...it's seems to be burning nice and brown but the top (white part) of the plug is too fat for the boot....it's splitting the original rubber boot and falling off, killing the motor...Any help would be great...Rich

I just run Champion J8's. Don't know how it runs. Have not had the plug out in 3-4 years

Use NGK B6S, B7S on Gas and have no problems....ron
