TBO 2009 Where do I sign up???

Maybe I am blind but I can't find anything on the site about TBO2009 except for hotel information.
Is there a flyer, a registration form?
I am definately planning on going this year.
Can someone tell me how to register?

This is not a race no need to do anything but show up. I don't believe they have advance signup.
This site is the flyer it is based around this one event. Go to home page all the info you need. REAR is the name of the people that put this on.

Friday is the unofficial setup day with people ariving thruout the day / work day / BIG BS session (Virg & Cubel are there!) LOL. Sat gate opens at 8 AM. 9:30 drivers meeting, 10 AM open track till 5-5:30. Then dinner & usually something displayed at the motel.
