Hello Everyone! We are having a vintage day at Oreville Kart Club on Sat. June 6th. Sat will be vintage karts only and on Sun. everyone can race in our regular program. We are going to follow VKA guide-lines and class structure but we will modify it as we need to so everybody can race. We will have a flyer in the next week or two.
Also please check out our new and up to date website

Any questions feel free to ask.

HI, Buds,
I really wanted to get something on this on the site, and I'm glad to see that Tony managed to find the time.
The Oreville guys are a great bunch, and do not normally run on Saturdays. This is a very special consideration, and I hope many of you will take advantage of it. The vintage day -- actually weekend, although Sunday is mixed -- should be very nice, with several karters from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Delaware joining in. I'm working on luring Randal in from Ft. Wayne, because someone besides me has to drive part of the track backward!
Sunday normally has three to four vintage classes mixed in with the moderns, depending upon how many and what type of karts show up on any given Sunday. The typical vintage bill on Sundays is 100cc, 125cc, Exhibition (twins, sidewinders and classics), and Junior.
Devin and I have run there for a few years now, along with several other die-hard vintage racers from the surrounding states. Every heat and race is put on camera every race day, and DVD's are available at a nominal charge.
This weekend should be huge fun, and I hope to see some of you come out to join us. The modern guys are very cool, and there's NEVER a problem between our groups, just mutual courtesy and respect.
I hope you can plan to join us on the weekend of June 6th and 7th.
The Oreville Kart Club track is less than a half hour from Allentown. Eastern Pennsylvania has plenty of historic sites and scenery, including Valley Forge National Historical Park, and there are huge shopping outlets in Reading and Lancaster, just 30 and 60 minutes from the track respectively.
Tony can tell you more about hotels, motels and campgrounds. He might have a flyer printed by now.
Warmest regards...
