Dave Liberton is the guy in Kansas, he use to be the Rupp dealer in Phoenix.
Hands was a division of H and S Engineering Co. in Los Angeles. H and S made incendairy bombs in WW2.
Hands started out making permanent mold 1/4 midget wheels and then kart wheels. H and S switched to making aircraft and missile parts after WW2. I have heard that the whole place burned down when they were casting some magnesium.
Who made these wheels?

The old guy "Dave" that Dave L. mentioned above, in Kansas or wherever who bought enginepowered, told me he always had requests for those two-sided Al Hands,' and he actually used to mill the insides of two outer halves flat to put them together for people.
