Are there any Nebraska area vintage karters out there? My family use to race back in the 60's and early 70's throughout the midwest. Their main stays were in Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa. I was only around 4-5 years old when they quit racing and I don't remember alot about them racing, so I am looking for information on the tracks that they raced at and info on their racing success and failures. I am interested in finding nespaper articles( race results), Programs, fliers, entry list, pictures. These could be photo copies of the originals.
Some of the tracks they raced at were Bunker Hill( lincoln,Ne), Fremont raceway ( Fremont,Ne), North Platte airport(North Platte, Ne). Kansas Tracks were Lake Afton and Garnett. Greenwood Roadway and Can go kart track in Iowa. I know they also raced in Brodhead Wisconsin and the nationals at Adam's track in California.
