TBO 2026 update

In less then one month we will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of THE BIG ONE brought to you by Rear Engine American Racers in Fremont Ohio on Labor Day weekend so if you haven't made your plans to attend already you better get moving.

From the massive swapmeet to the free raffles to the free daily lunch, a kart show, 50/50 raffles, free raffles for the ladies plus more on track sideways sliding fun then any one set of tires can handle this event simply is the must attend Historical Kart event of the year.

As a added bonus this year Frank Weir, roving reporter and the author of 'Pioneering American Karts' is going to be on hand selling and signing copies of his new book. If you are into the karts from the early years of karting Franks book is a must have especially as a autographed edition plus we have Max-Torques own, Jim Donavan along with Arizona Fun Days promotor Dean Kanocz manning the grills for Saturdays free lunch. Don't forget that there is a free lunch on Sunday also along with the special BONUS raffle thats sure to please one lucky driver plus another day of unlimited track time, regular raffles and more. Who knows.... we may even have a 'backwards' session or two again.

So come on out and help us celebrate 25 years of THE BIG ONE and enjoy the sights and the sounds from the golden years of Karting.

Gates open at 12:00 on Friday September 4th. for pit set up and the start of the swapmeet. NO karts will be on track Friday. On Saturday September 5th. the event officially kicks off at 8:00 am featuring all the on and off track activities you have come to expect from R.E.A.R. running until 5:00 with a return to action at 8:00 am Sunday morning.

Free camping is available at the track all weekend. No Hookups.

Again just a reminder, Gates will not open until 12;00 noon Friday for early move-in and registration. NO karts will be allowed on track until Saturday.
