Hello from my Rupp and I
Hello. I am currently a member over at the vintagekarts.com forum, but thought I would share my lil Rupp and a few other things I have been doing over the past few months. I spent several months restoring my Rupp and had a great time doing it. I am still short a proper 2 stroke for it, but one of these days hope to figure out what kind of McCulloch would be best for it. So for those that havent seen it yet, here is what the lil guy looked like when I got it home. (More to follow)

Re: Hello from my Rupp and I
I stripped the frame, repaired some stuff, fabbed a new aluminum floor pan, seat back and Nassau panel. Moved the brake back to its original spot, and added some little louvered panels to the seat sides just prior to painting.

Then I sprayed some orange with gold pearl on it. Did some hand painted lettering, detailed the wheels, reassembled with nearly all new hardware and sewed up a seat cover using some black vinyl. I also had some decals made (more on that later)

Re: Hello from my Rupp and I
Ok, so I said more on the decals for those that have not seen them.
I have sat down at the design program and have rendered some vintage karting decals. I have them printed by a local sign shop the specializes in printed graphics. They are printed using a special ink on a special white vinyl and then a clear overlaminate is placed over them to protect them. They are very nice if I may say so myself. Attached it a photo of them in the design program and they are all available except for the Azusa, since its a current company.
Here is a price breakdown
GoBoy 2.5"x8.75" $10.00
Blackhawk 2.75"x7.375" $8.00
Fox Karts 2.75"x6.5" $7.00
Carlisle, Autolite, McCulloch 3"tall for large, 1.5" tall for small. $5.00 per set (1 large, 1 small per manufacturer)
Rupp A Bone with Duck 6"x6.5" $15.00
Dart Kart 2.75"x4.75" $10.00
Dart Set all 5 decals in the lower right portion of my photo. $25.00
The prices include shipping to lower 48 states.
Also I am making the same aluminum Nassau panel that I made for my kart.
It is not a replica of any one particular panel.
.063" Aluminum, hand formed, hand rolled edges (so no two are exactly alike)
16" long, 10" wide, 4 1/2" tall at the center of bend at the steering hoop end.
Face will be sanded and there is no install hardware included.
They are $35.00 + $15.00 shipping to lower 48 (but I will combine shipping on multiple panels)
PM me here for any ordering info. (In a week or so I will post again in the For Sale area properly)
Thanks for looking in...
