BDC Carbs

Post by al peckenpaugh » Sun Sep 02, 2012 1:31 pm

I have a load of BDC carbs I'd like to put back together. What parts are available now and who's got 'em? And please don't tell me "get a Tillotson"..... set up properly these guys work great. Thanks

Al, I've had to use multiple suppliers, depending on the part required.

The majority of my BDC parts came from Zoe Chugg in Las Vegas. Her ebay id is vintage vixen. Make sure you inspect parts from her immediately upon receipt, as she's shipped me parts that were not the part number she represented them to be.

The duck bills came from Elder rubber (see site contacts).

The diaphragms came from Perry Blair at Marmax in Canada. Perry has been excellent to deal with.

The fuel adjustment needle packing rings came from Comet.
