Need some help to identify kart. Square frame style

Hi. I am new to the forum and to Karts in general but I picked this kart up with some vintage snowmobile stuff. The kart seems to be well made but it is different in that the frame is not "tubular" it is made from square stock. Wondering what brand this is and if it has any value. Any help is appreciated.

My best guess is it was a home built.
