Tom,

The tires and wheels will work but the rest would start a gaggle of karts; pretty cool. Where's the shaft for the starter belt/belts??

I was there when Silent Sam ran at Indy and when Jimmy Clark was driving the Lotus. That's a long time ago.

Dick, the starter and the cart top cover are laying on the floor behind it while the batteries are being charged.
I'm thinking I'm going to pilfer the perfect Indian head Carlisles..........

Tom,

The Lotus changed the game at Indy. It was really cool to see them run through the corners.

The first all wheel drive turbine (1967) passed everyone on the outside. They made it look too easy so the rules were changed.

Get the tires if you can talk them out of them; maybe a trade.
