Wanting to find Dads first kart.
Hello everyone. I am trying to find my dad his first gokart (not the exact one he owned) but the same model/make. Unfortunately since my dad was still so young he doesn't remember all the details. I have the details he does remember, it was black single seater with a 5hp Briggs. It was purchased from moores honda in 1979. It had a fairing with a kobra on it. I'll attach the only picture I have to go off of. Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately this site is dedicated to 'racing' style karts from the early days of karting and your Fathers kart appears to be more of a 'fun' kart style so it is doubtful that anyone here will be able to identify it but you never know.
You may want to try https://www.oldminibikes.com/forum/index.php. That site is more recreational oriented and they have a go-cart section that may be able to help you.

I spent some time looking for a Kobra and came up with nothing.
