.Hoping someone can verify. I was told that it was a G.E.M. exhaust adapter from a Power Products engine to a West Bend. Thanks

Welcome aboard.

Your description sounds good. The adaptor allowed you to run more types of exhaust systems.

GEM Quiet One Adapter: G1141 fits Power Products or West Bend 500 (2.250 cc mounting holes) G1140 fits West Bend 580/700 (2.44 cc mounting holes) Outside holes are 3.060 cc, West Bend 610/820.
