Robert, A full view of the side plus another of the front would help a lot. It does look like a Bug from the one shot you posted.

Chassis is a Bug Sprint made in the late 60s and early 70s with the original Nylite wheels.
It is a great vintage kart... simple, handles well, easy to get replacment parts for since K&P Mnf. are re-poping them. They came with a round steering wheel but many switched to the Butterfly type.
