I'm a little desperate here. Any one close or in Adrian,MI that could check out a truck for me at Greg Bell Cadillac?
I want to buy it but I need to have some one lay eyes on it before I send them any money. Thanks Frank Payne 402 393 5252

Re: The Homelite Kart engines
If you look on the upper row right you will see an actual honest-to-God KL95. All correct parts and rebuilt. So they do exist!

AlaKart pedal rubbers
I believe this kart was at Adams last year. Does anyone know where the pedal rubbers came from? I was thinking maybe early 60s Triumph Cub or Bonnevilles used a closed end shift pedal rubber that would work but for the life of me I can't find a web site with early Triumph rubber parts on it. Any ide...

Re: Rob, What does REAR have to do with Politics?
I guess Rob feels it is so important that he is willing to risk offending some to voice his opinion. I am extremely worried about the debt the administration is gorging itself on. Maybe if you start to think about the fact that your children will have to find a way to pay for it, you will be concern...

Re: Sensation Kart info?
I live about 1.5 miles from the old Sensation plant in Ralston. I got my first Mac engine in '61 there. It was a new left over MC10. I had a choice between the new 10 and a new PP Super AH58, both were $50!!!. Sad to say the wild yellow paint won my 10 year old fancy and I got the Mac. Little did I ...

Re: what is it 2
You are lucky enough to have found an old Saetta V-11 kart engine. It was the first Italian engine to be imported to the US for kart use. You won't have any luck finding a recoil as none were made for this engine, they were intended for direct drive only. Your sprocket looks very worn and they use a...

Re: Poulan S-200 Kart Engine ?
Ed, Years ago, I talked to Tom Medley and he told me he had the actual S200 that they tested in the Jan '61 Hot Rod. At that time he didn't want to sell it. Later, I met him at Quincy and asked if he still had the engine. I was too late he had sold it, to whom I don't know. You could ask Tom if you ...

Re: What Auction???????
the pinhead that removed the 10s is the current owner. He put them on the nice Rathmann that was purchased with this collection and sent to Holland. I saw the Bug before it was stripped and it was a nice survivor with the ultimate equipment. Too bad it was split up.

Re: Start Saving Your Pennies...
I can tell you where the stuff is at. I'm the one that Rob Thurman called to see if I wanted the collection or if I knew anyone that did. I thought of Harm as he was the only one I could think of that had enough money and was crazy enough to buy it. Ron Cubel told me he would have bought it had he k...
