Name your flavor for more power

Interesting video comparing Gasoline to Ethanol

Re: MC49 Tuning help/GK800 steering improvements?

Adrian, The "deafening screech" sound you were hearing is caused by a dry bushing in the clutch drum. Clutches need to be taken apart periodically and cleaned and the bushing greased with a good high temperature grease. BMI Karts has Azuza swing mounts for sale. Not sure of the dimensions but a call to Azuza Engineering should get you the answers you need.

Re: MC49 Tuning help/GK800 steering improvements?

It sounds like you have a multitude of issues so start at the engine first.

How does the engine seem to run with the chain removed ?

Does it rev up cleanly ? Does it rev wildly with the throttle closed ? Will it clean out at upper rpm ?

Re: Safety Tip

The 'residue' free is a rally nice bonus aside from the longer run time of this unit. Re: Safety Tip

Dean, Thanks for posting. That looks like a really good lightweight unit with great capabilities. Watched the videos, they were very informative. I think I am going to buy one. $100.00 is not much money when it comes to possibly saving your life or your vehicle and karts. Does not matter what style ...
