Re: What Can I Do With This?
We have a vintage karter in northern California that converted his 300 into a two stroke race kart and it works fine. Re: Best Handling Kart Made
Alan, I will echo Steve's advice, if its about winning go modern, in vintage everyone wins just for showing up. Re: Copperhead and Vintage Con rods
OK Guys, here is the latest from Dave, they are not made by ARP, before the Vintage 820 and Copperhead came out the rod bolts were made for Dave and had a splined head, they are now made for US Motor by the same manufacture that made them for Dave but now have the Allen head drive. They are made of ...

Re: Copperhead and Vintage Con rods
And when using the ARP bolts they can be reused, and be sure you torque them to 115 in lbs. They are cheap insurance. All of the Copperhead and Vintage 820's come with the good rod bolts now, yours may have had the std socket head cap screws as it was one of the first engines out in the field. Did D...

Re: Chrysler (West Bend) 500 Rookie Engine
Terry- I have a specification sheet for the 50006 and 500014, email me and I will send you copies. GEM made an adapter for the exhaust so you could run a Horstman or Quiet-one exhaust. Contact Vince Hughes, he had some of these engines and had one mounted on a Grand Prix at Riverside a couple of yea...
