Stay away. Go with a 3/4 to 7/8 bore carb. You only have an 80cc motor.

If changing to a Tillotson I would even stay on the small side for a 49'er. You can use a big McCulloch manifold and reed cage with an adaptor plate or you can get a aftermarket GEM style manifold. Dart front axle spindle hangers but the front axle / wishbone is something else with the little hoop over the bottom of the steering shaft.

I think it's a Dart front axle and spindle hangers. Back looks like a Clark 440 fun kart. Side rails are wrong for a dart & I'm not sure what the Clark side rails look like. Then long frame rails making the wheel base extended.
