Early '64's the Grand Prix has the uni-mount, two piece frame, Giant steering wheel, full aluminum floor pan, front bumper, the Grand A had a one piece frame, aluminum forward pan, A-bone style ste...

Re: Rod Ends

Tom, I have two 68 A-bone's and two 67 Chaparral's, all of the steering rod ends are marked PAT D HEIM F56-5C. You may want to check with Tom Smith, he knows the Rupp's better than anyone I know.

Re: Vintage Expansion Chambers

Early West Bends (510,580,700 etc) are cross scavenged, 610/820 are loop scavenged. Put a can muffler (gem, palimi, reed etc) on it and have fun and it will be period correct.

Re: PP gaskets and seals?

Dean, send your cases to Dave Bonbright, he machined mine to accept std style seals that are available from any bearing shop. If you don't want to do that, I have a set of NOS crankshaft seals.
