Dave Bonbright, Engine Masters, Sonoma, CA 707-938-8122. They cost a little bit more than $450.00. You can get them with three different pto options, 3/4 inch, 5/8-9/16 stepped kart or with the Mac taper.

Which 820, the Industrial type, West Bend V reed, HL carb, NO. The new Vintage 820, large reed, HR carb Boost ports, with like equiptment, (exhaust, clutch,weight etc) will run away. The Vintage 820 will run with the 101 all things being equal.

Ron, Terry Ives can put one together for you. Horstman is no longer making the complete clutch but Terry has parts to build them.

Gus is in Portland picking up the 4.10-3.50-4 tires as I type this out. He will be back home on Friday.

The tires on the website that the link takes you to shows the Duro Vintage Speed tires. Gus is no longer making the Duro line of Vintage Speed with the exception of the 4.10x3.50-5 and the 10x4.50-5 which is a soft tire (55 durometer). Tom Smith has the Duffy clone kart ready to weld up, it's been ready for two years, he needs a little push, he has too many projects and that one is on the back burner. He has the correct Konig engine for it also.

Andy and Terry, you are correct about the 580 wrist pin length, mine measures 1.6195 with a wall thickness of .083. That 1.88 length is for the 700. My AH 58 and 61 wrist pins measure 1.592 with a .074 wall thickness.
