It’s a dual welded mounts, rear brake caliper is missing from what I can see. I don’t have the kart home as I will be picking it up at the end of March when I head to Oregon for the summer. I’ll share with others what I learned on the Black Simplex.
What I have is a 1961 Mark10 Aluminum floor pan, dual brakes, dual engine mounts over the axle 6” real wheels 5” front wheels. Direct from Tom T.

No rubber on the wheel, I talked with Tom and he said it was a Mark X This is another I have.
