The original A-Bone did not come with a narrow hoop until 1967. Yours could be a 67 or so, I had a 67 in 1969 with that Rupp steering wheel so it could be accurate. Most Mac cranks are stamped on the flat side of the counterweight on the flywheel end as pictured.

Both Fastenal and Grainger have #12 - 28 x 1 unbrako cap screws. Maybe you can check out one there. Burst strength in not mentioned.

Definitely a Rupp, but narrow hoop didn't appear until '67 or later.
