Dominic, Have been using the factory over the engine fuel tank set-up for quite a few years and never had any sort of failure. The oem mount is strong and it supports the tank well. You have to keep in mind however how long or how many laps you have run because the tank capacity is not that great. L...

Dominic, You need to contact the track where you hope to run your kart and ask for their specific rules regarding equipment specifications. Your kart may be perfectly legal to run with your local organization. Word of caution from a guy who has run enduro karts and been on track with the plastic bod...

So the consensus is that these are retouched photos ? The Grand Prix wheel was based off of Pontiacs Gran Prix wheels which also debuted for their 62 model year so that might explain why they were not available early in the model year. Heard the 'J' model line of karts was also named after a Pontiac...
