This was powder coated when I got it.

Powder coated. Not sure I did the right thing.

Cates karts came out of Texas the same time as Jim Hall's Chaparrals. It was a heady time for innovations.
Restoring one with a few WB820's is the plan.

I'll always love my Caretta's but Cates is something ahead of it's time.
