Does my margay pro x with a mc101 need a fuel pump? I can’t get the fuel to “syphon” to the carb. The engine does fire up with sprayed into carb. What am I missing?

Need help routing fuel line. The fuel pick up on the margay tank has a dual outlets. What are the dual outlets used for. Do I plug the other end?

Hi Matt Yes it's a Margy Pro X with some additions. The rear axle was 1" when new but sometime was updated to the 1 1/4" axle and adjustable hubs.
