Rupp Enduro Chapparal Seat Parts Needed:
Well, I've started the restoration on my Rupp Enduro from the early 60's. I am looking for the back seat that had the headrest loop welded on to it. When I quit racing I took a torch and cut all of this extra metal off. I need the headrest loop, the mounting pieces that were chrome plated that the l...

Why don't you call Larry Fairfield himself and ask him if he has any extras laying around.

Re: vintage McCulloch kart
They show up on ebay now and then. "You have one for sale".
I had one with 2 Mac 20's back in 1962 then I traded it for a 1964 Rupp Chapparal Enduro which I still have and in the process of restoring it.

Re: removeing rear axle on mac r-200
Get some Kroll Oil and soak them good. Make sure the axle is clean of all burrs and rust. If that fails get out the "Heat Wrench". Bearings aren't that expensive.
Good Luck.

Re: 101 cylinder head ?
This looks like a bunch of misc. parts put on a Mc 91 engine. The head looks like a Mc 10 head with the center spark plug and a custom made shroud. But!!! I have been known to be wrong. lol.

Re: I have forgotten - engine mount question
I looked into other swing mounts available and at one time I was going to use my old dual engine Margay Gearbox but I thought it would be a challenge to see if I could make a set like the original Uni-mount. With Virgil Loves help loaning me and old mount he had for measurements I succeded with a ni...

Here's the ones I made for my Rupp Chapparral Enduro. Couldn't see paying $400.00 for new.

Re: sprocket on the clutch

Did you remove the sprocket from the Max-Torque clutch drum. Also the brass oilite bushing has been removed. Hope this helps.I ran dual #35 chain (Ch...
