Back in the day i used to have some one weld over threads on crank and have them turn it down and put left hand threads and you don't need key ways.You do need to lap real good tho.Probably a lot cheaper than buying cranks..

Not only do you need to put third bolt also put a spacer in there or the vibration will brake muffler.

I think the number starting with 143 is a sears number that can be crossed over to tecumseh.
I know that is what i used to do on lawnmowers.
