The March, 1962 issue of Karting World Magazine has a great cover photo, and many photos inside of this interesting kart. Powered by a 16.5 cubic inch Omega engine of 32 hp!

You are right Rob, the braces are the same as used on Blitz Karts. Braces were made by a company called Semco Products from Long Island, N Y. Actually, the A-Bone name was in existence in 1961. It appeared on back cover of July 1961 Karting World Magazine.And the 'Road Runner' was listed on the back of November 1961 KW.

Don't forget the Ann Arbor class system plan, where the Ann Arbor Karting Club adopted a Power-to-Weight System back in 1961. It worked quite well with classes I through VII to cover the lightest drivers, all the way to the heavyweights.
