I am looking for a used West Bend 820 fan intake venturi ring, in good condition. I believe these are standard equipment on Copperheads. I know I can get one from Dave Bonbright - for about $75.00, which is a lot more than I want to spend.

WTB Dunlop 11x6.00-5 SL3 tires
I need four Dunlop 11x6.00-5 SL3 tires. New in wrappers strongly preferred.
These tires have been discontinued by Dunlop, and I can't find them at any distributors.

Re: Mc101 headers
Steve, Thanks very much for your reply. I do already have one header, which I think is fairly standard, and pretty crude. The header tube is 1-1/2" o.d. The first transition looks like it was made by putting a mandrel bent tube in a bench vise and closing down on it. At the moment, it's too dirty to...

Mc101 headers
I'm going to make a pair of 90 degree exhaust headers for my dual Mc101s / RLV blimp pipes. My 3 main concerns are: 1. Size of the flex connection tubing. 2. Smoothness of the passageway all the way from the cylinder to the pipe. 3. The kart is a Hartman, so the left header will be close to the seat...

Re: Horstman muffler on Mc101
Guys, Thanks for your help with this. I was aware of the third bolt issue and have taken care of it. The hard part was that the third bolt hole on the 101 is in a different location than on the engine the muffler was designed for - I had to plug the hole and re-drill .140" farther from the exhaust p...

Horstman muffler on Mc101
Below are two photos of a Horstman muffler mounted on my Mc101. Note the close gap between the muffler body and the edges of the cylinder shroud. This gap is about 3/8 to 1/2". I'm concerned that the gap is small enough to restrict cooling air trying to exit the shroud. Has anyone had a problem with...
