on the saws you wouldn't happen to have a list of saws with closed ports would you? McBob has a a decent section with which I helped contribute with my 1-50 saw block that has a list of the saw blocks that can be used to recreate the 5 or 6. What about an expansion chamber. Im a newer technology enthusist mainly because of the power increase it creates but I know that pipes werent around for near ten years after my kart was produced. Wasnt it common to use older and newer equipment together for the budget minded? Anyways I know the rule...

I am curious about the different dispacement catagories in our modern era racing now and what they were from the beginning to the vintage cutoff. thanks thats what appeared to be correct as after time wires seem to go to there original location from being bent that way for so long. I thought I may have been missing something. THanks

I was warned of this guy when I first got my hellcat. Was told about the riduculous price he was trying to ask for his hellcat on ebay but it was a pristine kart I guess.

I just got a cheapy set of files from H/F and they are all very small and their are like 10 of them to choose from in different patterns. Oh one more quick thing, How much should I raise the ex ports before being squared? Now From what ive seen it appears the inside nearest the ribs will get squared off and the outside port edge is left rounded ? From what ive read a round port is much easier on rings than a square port.
